Stillwater Apartments is located at 1811 South 2nd Street.

The 40-unit complex is a low-income senior housing Tax Credit project; designated for occupant’s 55 years of age or older that is capable and desires to live independently.

The project contains 36 one-bedroom apartments, which have 723 square feet of living space, and four two-bedroom, two-baths apartments, which have 1001 square feet of living space. All units have a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Handicap-equipped units have ADA approved showers, lowered light switches and appliances designed for wheelchair users.

Library & Computer Room - A Library is set up on the First Floor complete with on-line computers for residents use

Multi-Purpose Room - A multi-purpose room is available for meetings, hobby/craft classes, and wellness and exercise programs. Regularly planned activities and social gatherings, guided by the interest of those who reside at Stillwater Apartments will have full use of this room.

Social Services - Linn County Affordable Housing will have an office on-site to gather and provide services to residents.

They work closely with the State Senior and Disabled Services Division.

Laundry Services - A laundry room is set up on each floor for the use of all residents.

Resident Eligibility Requirements - To be eligible for Stillwater Apartments you will need to be income qualified. Qualified applicant(s) need to be a minimum of 55 years of age or older.

Waiting List - To be placed on the waiting list of Stillwater Apartments, a completed application must be submitted. Written notification will be sent stating eligibility.
